The Process

Discovery Call & Project Proposal

Once an inquiry is submitted, we will schedule a discovery call to learn about your goals and needs. Then we’ll set up a project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment options.

Onboarding
Stage

Moving forward, the contract will be sent confirming the timeline and all deliverables for approval. Any brand questionnaires will be sent at this stage.

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

Starting with a strategy call about your goals, audience, and vision, we do thorough research and analysis that culminates in two visual directions shown through moodboards.

Design
Stage

Armed with the visual concept, we’ll create a full design for you. You’ll be presented with explanations of our design process, decision-making process, as well as the design we created.

Offboarding
Stage

After you approve the design, we’ll send the final invoice. All files will be packaged and sent to you promptly. You can expect a follow up about 2 months after to see how your design is working for your business.
